No, we don't offer a guarantee, but we provide a 10-year warranty on HPL compact laminate and a 1-year manufacturing warranty on the hardware.

Is there any customisation in terms of sizes and design?

Yes, we can customize the color, size and accessories for the cubicle, provided there is feasibility of doing so.

What is the grade of stainless steel?

We provide 304 and 316 grade stainless steel. All sections are in 304 grade and all hardware is in 304 grade except adjustable legs. Adjustable legs and shoe-box are available in 316 grade.

We recommend PD Doors where the client has already completed brickwork and the partitions between two toilet cubicles have already been constructed.

What are the site requirements for cubicle installation?

The site requirements include completion of work, keeping the working site free from unnecessary materials, completion of metal grinding operations, availability of plumbing planning drawings, and absence of a false ceiling when the client selects the Titanium Ceiling Hung model.

What are the do's and don'ts of cubicle maintenance?

Do use a moist cloth or soap water for cleaning the cubicle walls and accessories. Do not use acidic agents to clean cubicle components, as they may cause decolorization.
